Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a Data Center Safety Administrator to handle administrative safety operations on a data center project site. This role requires organizing onboarding, compliance, and documentation, while interacting with field personnel and subcontractors.

Based on-site, you will manage JHAs, permits, PPE logs, and project safety records, supporting audits and safety leadership with accurate reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in admin, safety, construction, or project coordination.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Experience with Procore or safety documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and workforce tracking on the site.
• Maintain safety files and audit-ready records.
• Manage PPE issuance records and certifications.
• Track JHAs and permit documentation from subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports for leadership.
• Support audits, inspections, and project safety scoring.
