Job summary

Pogue Construction Company seeks a Data Center Safety Administrator to support all administrative aspects of project safety operations on the Data Center project site in Texas. The role focuses on onboarding, compliance tracking, safety documentation, and audits, with daily interaction with project personnel, subcontractors, and site safety staff.

You will manage onboarding, track JHAs and permits, maintain safety files in Procore, assist with safety reporting, and help keep audit-ready records

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative, safety, construction, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage site sign-in applications and workforce tracking.
• Maintain employee and subcontractor safety files.
• Track JHAs and permit documentation.
• Assist with weekly and monthly safety reports.
• Coordinate safety meetings and maintain attendance records and documentation.
• Support safety audits and audit readiness.
