The role involves racking, cabling, diagnostics, and ensuring 100% uptime under SLA timelines. You will collaborate with Deployment, Global Command Center, Provisioning, and Project Management teams to meet delivery dates and create a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Data Center environments.
• Understanding of telecom structured cabling standards.
• Understanding of network device deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules and on-call rotations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 16 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Hands services tracked through ticketing.
• Rack and stack equipment in data centers.
• Cable, terminate, and dress fiber or copper cabling.
• Assist with diagnosing hardware and software issues.
• Power cycle customer equipment.
• Maintain inventory and complete audits.
