Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Data Center related field.
• Ability to provide rotational on-call coverage.
• Use of industry standard test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist all data center customers by providing technical support.
• Respond to Customer Requests within the Service Level Agreement time frame.
• Work with Deployment and Implementation teams to ensure installations meet delivery dates.

Skills

Experience in Telecommunications or Data Center

Understanding of telecom structured cabling standards

Ability to communicate written and verbally

Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
