This entry-level full-time role involves tasks such as racking and stacking equipment and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in telecommunications or a related field, alongside essential communication and troubleshooting skills. Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Telecommunications or Data Center related field.
• Ability to provide rotational on-call coverage.
• Use of industry standard test equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist all data center customers by providing technical support.
• Respond to Customer Requests within the Service Level Agreement time frame.
• Work with Deployment and Implementation teams to ensure installations meet delivery dates.

Conocimientos

Experience in Telecommunications or Data Center

Understanding of telecom structured cabling standards

Ability to communicate written and verbally

Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
