Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of quantity surveying, construction cost management, or commercial project experience.
• Experience with engineering/construction projects and reviewing contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Excel and project cost management software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and keep costs within budgets.
• Review, interpret, and administer contracts and change orders.
• Prepare applications for payment and final accounts.
• Develop cost reports and dashboards; provide updates to leadership.
• Support procurement, bids, and subcontractor evaluations.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and support dispute resolution.
