Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our national Mission Critical sector team in overseeing field QC for data center projects.

The role entails leading QA programs, reviewing submittals, and mentoring the project team to deliver a quality product on time and within contract requirements. The candidate will conduct weekly QC meetings, manage inspections, and ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of field quality management in mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of quality management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Lead and train project teams on quality-related activities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and provide minutes and reports.
• Verify materials comply with approved submittals and are properly stored and installed.
• Monitor QC activities, inspections, testing, and documentation.
