Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support QA on a Data Center project near Alexandria, LA. You will ensure contract compliance, coordinate with client, subs, and internal staff, and uphold an Incident and Injury Free culture.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 4+ years QA/QC experience, and certifications such as USACE CQM-C. Travel is required; Procore and MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years QA/QC experience on diverse projects.
• Army Corps of Engineers CQM-C certification preferred.
• Familiarity with building enclosure commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage quality activities to contract requirements across projects.
• Coordinate with client, agencies, subcontractors, and internal staff on quality matters.
• Develop and implement project quality plans and Three Phase process on high-risk work.
• Assist in submittal reviews and training project teams on Procore.
• Perform root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
