Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Traveling Quality Manager (Mission Critical) to oversee QA/QC across projects in Monroe, LA and regional sites. You will implement standards, review QCPs/ITPs, and lead audits ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Your role includes driving CAPA investigations, coordinating with project teams, and delivering QA training while occasionally traveling to job sites to monitor performance and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or related PM/QA role.
• 7–10+ years in construction management and/or QA/QC, with project QC leadership.
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate QA/QC standards and policies.
• Review and approve QCPs and ITPs.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and client requirements.
• Plan and perform internal audits on regional projects and suppliers.
• Track, report, and close NCRs and CAPAs.
• Provide QA performance reports and trend analyses to leadership.
• Support project teams with QMS interpretation and QC practices.
• Lead quality reviews and supplier evaluations.
• Facilitate CAPA investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA/QC processes.
• Deliver QA/QC training and knowledge sharing.
• Travel to job sites as required.
