Job summary

You will integrate with the general contractor teams to ensure construction quality aligns with standards, contract documents, and regulatory requirements across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years of facilities construction and data center QA/QC experience, with strong documentation and BIM coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility construction experience.
• Facilities QA/QC experience preferred, especially in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation practices and coordination of subcontractors and inspectors.
• Proficient with construction drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC plans and assist in work plan development.
• Review drawings and specs for field compliance with contract documents.
• Verify installations against approved submittals and alignment with contract submittals.
• Conduct frequent inspections and identify workmanship issues.
• Track and close out deficiencies; oversee corrective actions and re-inspections.
• Coordinate to prevent concealment of non-conforming work.
• Lead QC coordination meetings covering open observations, schedules, and closeout docs.
• Ensure preliminary work is complete and compliant before installation.
