Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support a Data Center project near Alexandria, LA. The role emphasizes IIF safety, quality planning, and collaboration with owners and subcontractors.

You will review plans, oversee inspections, and drive root-cause analyses while implementing corrective actions. BS in engineering or related field with 4+ years QA/QC required; Procore and USACE CQM-C preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years QA/QC experience on varied projects.
• Formal QA/QC training and certifications preferred (USACE CQM-C).
• Knowledge of building envelope commissioning and related industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free culture.
• Monitor and manage quality activities to contract requirements on one or more projects.
• Review plans/specifications for quality requirements and ensure inspections comply with contract documents.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for noncompliance.
• Coordinate with owner, agencies, subcontractors, and internal staff on quality matters.
• Educate project teams about quality requirements and monitoring during the project.
• Engage in developing and implementing project quality plans and Three Phase process.
