Job summary

Interstates seeks an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to lead quality assurance and control on a mission-critical data center project. You will drive QA/QC, develop quality plans, and ensure electrical installations comply with NEC, client standards, and manufacturer recommendations.

Travel will be required; you’ll be assigned to a project from start to finish, with durations from six months to three years. Base pay ranges from $100,000 to $135,000, reflecting experience and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and test plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide QA/QC efforts for electrical construction on a data center.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans and inspection processes.
• Coordinate with project leaders, field teams, and clients to meet specs and NEC requirements.
