Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of experience in Program/Proposal Management or Sales Enablement.
Experience creating customer-facing content and proposals.
Experience in data centers, technology, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level presentations.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and ability to articulate customer value propositions.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate customer proposal activities, ensuring timelines and inputs are aligned.
Gather, organize, and synthesize technical, commercial, and operational information for proposals.
Develop clear, compelling customer-facing content including proposals and sales materials.
Support data center opportunities by shaping messaging around Flex's value proposition.
Interview SMEs to translate information into concise content.
Create and maintain proposal tools, templates, and content libraries.
Use data visualization and storytelling to communicate complex information clearly.
Track proposal actions, risks, and timelines to ensure execution.
