Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Program Manager for DCE Design & Construction across multiple sites including Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Charlotte, and Hillsboro. You will drive technical due diligence, manage long‑lead procurement, and deliver corporate‑wide portfolio scheduling and budgeting.

The role requires coordinating IT, Network, Security, and Facilities teams, with heavy emphasis on cross‑functional leadership and visibility into risk and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of project administration or program management experience in construction, data centers, or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with enterprise construction PMIS systems and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and embed IT, Network, Security, and Workplace requirements into designs.
• Lead site selection due diligence, including structural, utility, and environmental audits.
• Synthesize risk profiles and power timelines into executive go/no-go reports.
• Track permitting workflows and ensure on-time delivery with vendors and GCs.
• Aggregate financials and produce portfolio dashboards for leadership.
