Job summary

Flex in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive CTO-led programs across AI infrastructure, power, cooling, and software. You will translate complex priorities into integrated plans with milestones, governance, and executive updates, coordinating across Engineering, Labs, Manufacturing, and Quality.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in technical program management, a strong systems perspective, and exceptional communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from concept through deployment readiness.
• Strong understanding of hardware, infrastructure, cloud, data center, AI environments.
• Ability to connect multiple technical disciplines across systems, power, cooling, software, and manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership, product teams, customers, suppliers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead CTO-owned strategic programs across platform architecture, power, cooling, mechanical and electrical systems, software, and readiness.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product Management, Labs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and customer teams.
• Translate requirements and roadmap priorities into actionable plans and cadences.
• Identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, validation, readiness, and executive decision meetings.
• Provide updates to technical and executive stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
