Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and coach performance.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules and track deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement and planning.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, and closeout are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor billing, collections, expenses, staffing, and P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and backup plans.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
