• Ability to communicate sensitive information and manage expectations.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement and planning.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration and closeout are compliant.
• Monitor billing, collections, expenses, staffing and P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify risks, lead reviews and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
