Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement and execution.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout are compliant.
• Monitor billing, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader department impact.
• Improve and update methods and standards.
