Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Project Lead - Data Center Services to coordinate on-site operations for multiple Crew Leads, manage data center MACs, and ensure adherence to industry standards. The role covers asset auditing, ticketing, and installation activities across the data center environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in data centers, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years working in data centers or related technical field.
• General knowledge of telecom/IP equipment and software configurations.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data center MACs and on-site supervision of Crew Leads.
• Install and test cable work orders, assist with BOM and scope documents.
• Maintain asset audits, log errors, manage tickets, and report on performance metrics.
• Ensure ISO 27001/9001 and TIA/EIA-942 certifications and support procedures.
