Job summary

IES Communications in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance in line with company requirements.

This on-site role requires five years of supervisory experience in telecommunications or a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate resources and interface with customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Must have experience in customer interface between customer and Company.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage and supervise project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoicing, collections and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in/bid processes and interface with customer representatives.
