Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Data Center Services to support both the physical and virtual infrastructure of the organization and its facilities. You will drive data center best practices and industry standards into working processes and supervise several Crew Leads on site.

The role requires coordinating MACs, asset management, and documentation, with emphasis on safety and audit readiness. Expect hands-on leadership in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to terminate fiber and work in data center environments.
• Proven supervisory experience (6+ months) and ability to interpret project documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site supervision of Crew Leads and coordination of DC activities.
• Coordinate MACs, testing, certification, and equipment installation.
• Maintain asset installation records, cable layouts, and patch matrices.
• Provide daily status reporting and ensure compliance with industry standards.
