Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead data center construction and upgrade programs. You will manage self-perform electrical crews and coordinate with IBEW labor, while aligning with CSA standards and commissioning requirements.

The role focuses on construction management, safety, and timely, on-budget delivery of critical electrical systems in hyperscale facilities. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician credential or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years electrical construction experience with 4+ years in PM on data centers or hyperscale projects.
• Experience managing self-perform crews and working with IBEW union labor agreements.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical electrical systems and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with CSA standards and local electrical codes; ability to pass inspections.
• Experience with scheduling, procurement, cost control, and commissioning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical project execution for data centers and related facilities from preconstruction through turnover.
• Direct self-perform crews and subcontractors; coordinate with IBEW labor.
• Develop schedules and budgets; manage change orders and forecasting.
• Coordinate design intent and sequencing with mechanical, structural, and civil teams.
• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning meet specifications and reliability standards.
• Enforce safety programs, QA/QC processes, and site safety meetings.
• Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs; resolve design issues with engineering.
• Manage client communications and lead coordination meetings with owners, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee procurement and on-site acceptance of major electrical equipment.
