Job summary

Pachyderm Global, based at our US headquarters in Plano, seeks an Owner's representative to oversee data center projects, reviewing MEP and OFCI scopes and tracking schedules and budgets.

You will flag quality issues early and work across multiple active projects, reporting directly to leadership to align priorities and portfolio delivery.

This role requires credibility with GC and trade partners and the ability manage across multiple delivery methods on live sites.

Qualifications

• Owner's-representative experience on data centers or comparable critical facilities.
• MEP coordination and scheduling you can apply on a live site.
• Credibility to represent the owner's interests with GCs and trade partners.
• Comfort managing across multiple delivery methods simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Based at our US headquarters in Plano, you will represent the owner across data center projects and review MEP and OFCI scopes, track schedule and budget, and flag quality issues while they are still easy to fix.
• You will work across multiple active projects, close to leadership and the full portfolio. Clear priorities and direct field reporting matter here.
