Job summary

FläktGroup is seeking an Account Coordinator to oversee all project workflows for Hyperscaler/Colocator data center projects, from quote management through closeout. The role emphasizes effective communication, risk management, and alignment across engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure customer success.

Candidates should have 10+ years in bid/project management within data centers or related sectors, PMP or related degree, and strong experience with PM tools.

Qualifications

• PMP or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in the Data Center Industry, or relevant field.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Service.
• Strong IT skills with MS Project, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud and other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead quotations, RFP responses, and project execution plans with milestones and quality standards.
• Manage full RFP lifecycle, coordinate internal contributors and produce high quality submissions.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, commissioning, and site activities with internal and external teams.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and resources; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
