Job summary

gwelec is seeking an AMS Field Service Coordinator (Data Center) to efficiently plan, coordinate, and oversee field service activities at customer data centers, leveraging qualified third-party providers. The role acts as the primary customer contact for scheduling and progress, ensuring work is completed per schedule and specifications.

The coordinator will manage quotations and front-end billing, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams, and ensure documentation is prepared

Qualifications

• Experience planning and scheduling field service activities.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field service activities at customer data centers, considering timelines and provider schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data center customers on scheduling and logistical planning.
• Provide quotations for billable services and manage front-end service financials.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and other teams to address issues and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure timely service delivery, site access, and required documentation for invoicing.
