Job summary

Olsson seeks a Lead Project Manager to guide multidisciplinary engineering design projects from early planning through construction-ready documents. You will lead project teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions for data center campuses.

You will coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and mentor staff while driving project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale industrial or campus-style developments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning with scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and project goals.
• Manage concept design through final issued-for-construction documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams for data center campuses.
• Build and maintain strong client, contractor, consultant relationships.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
• Oversee the development and delivery of engineering and architectural design packages.
• Support quality management with technical reviews.
• Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and support contract administration.
• Identify and address project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
