• 3 years of experience in project management or a closely related role.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Industry experience in energy management or related field preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• PMP certification is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects from order conversion through product delivery and invoicing.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers, distributors, manufacturing plants, sales teams, and other internal partners.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, change orders, material modifications, customer requests, and project updates.
• Proactively communicate project status, delays, risks, and changes while managing customer expectations.
• Work across internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues, elevate challenges when needed, and keep projects on track.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, collaboration, and follow-through.
