Job summary

E2 Optics in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator II to lead the Quality Management System execution on Data Center projects. You will collaborate with on-site teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

This role requires planning inspections, documenting procedures, and providing daily/weekly updates to Run Ops. Travel may be required; strong attention to detail and ability to read schematics and color codes are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of field work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience.
• First Aid/CPR trained(Within 90 days of hire).
• OSHA-30 trained(Within 90 days of hire).
• Fluke CCTT(Preferred).
• Able to Read, write, and understand English.
• Able to distinguish color codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans aligned with the QMS for Data Center projects.
• Coordinate and conduct quality inspections prioritized according to project schedules and client requirements.
• Create and maintain QA/QC installation and reference documents, SOPs, inspections, and reports.
• Provide Daily/ Weekly updates to On-site Run Ops Management regarding QA/QC issues and resolutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA/QC to support Lean goals.
