Job summary

The role emphasizes field presence (up to 80% onsite) and collaboration with senior PMs, with strong focus on documentation, scheduling, and safety. A technical background and relevant certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management; mission-critical or data center exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, milestones, and site visits; maintain plans and schedules.
• Track and manage project financials, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Support field QA/QC, commissioning coordination, and safety compliance throughout lifecycles.
