Job summary

The Reynolds Company (TRC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center capital projects in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX. You will manage equipment procurement, scheduling, vendor coordination, and customer communications to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project management experience in mission critical facilities or large equipment projects, with strong financial and organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Data Center, Mission Critical, Electrical distribution, or Large Equipment Projects preferred.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from purchase order through final completion.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.
• Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, Manufacturers, Engineering, and Contractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.
