Job summary

The Reynolds Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center construction initiatives in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX. The role focuses on equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, commissioning support, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, vendors and engineers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on large capital projects across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial Construction, Electrical Distribution, or Large Equipment Projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from purchase order through final completion.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.
• Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, Manufacturers, Engineering, and Contractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.
