Job summary

The Reynolds Company (TRC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center construction projects in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX. You will coordinate equipment procurement, logistics, and financial performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to manage large capital projects in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from purchase order through final completion.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.
• Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.
