Job summary

The Reynolds Company (TRC) is seeking a Project Manager for Packaged Power in Houston, TX. You will focus on delivering projects, collaborating with Reynolds resources, partners, and customers to ensure efficient and timely execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive successful outcomes while leveraging CRM and other systems to track progress and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field required.
• Five (5) or more years of enterprise-level project management experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ individuals.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Packaged Power strategic plan to hit KPIs with customers and partners.
• Lead multiple customer projects, ensuring deliverables align with SOW.
• Oversee project execution: resources, schedule, scope, budget, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project plans, monitor progress, resolve issues, communicate status to stakeholders.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities, draft SOWs, support proposals, ensure delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet contractual objectives.
