Job summary

The Reynolds Company (TRC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center capital projects in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX. You will manage equipment procurement, scheduling, vendor coordination, and customer communications to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project management experience in mission critical facilities or large equipment projects, with strong financial and organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Data Center, Mission Critical, Electrical distribution, or Large Equipment Projects preferred.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, and customer management skills.

Position Summary

The Project Manager serves as the primary operational leader responsible for managing customer projects from award through final closeout. This individual ensures flawless execution of equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, commissioning support, customer communication, and financial performance. Working alongside TRC's Data Center Sales Team, this role transforms successful pursuits into well-executed projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
