Job summary

The Reynolds Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center capital projects in North America. You will be based in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX, with some travel required.

The role focuses on coordinating equipment procurement, manufacturing, logistics, commissioning support, and financial performance. You will partner with customers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial Construction, Electrical Distribution, or Large Equipment Projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from purchase order through final completion.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout execution.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, factory production, submittals, logistics, and commissioning support.
• Manage project financials, billing milestones, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Vendors, Manufacturers, Engineering, and Contractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project closeout including documentation, punch lists, warranties, and lessons learned.
