Job summary

Clark Construction Group, in partnership with S2N, seeks a Project Manager, Data Centers to deliver Layer 1 infrastructure for hyper-scale clients. The role requires owning the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout and leading a skilled team across critical systems, security, and commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing layer 1 infrastructure for large hyper-scalers.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive, and a proven problem-solver.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage aggressive project schedules, meticulously control budgets and costs, and ensure project profitability.
• Build, lead, and motivate your project team; provide technical and administrative leadership.
• Oversee implementation and integration of critical systems, focusing on Layer 1 infrastructure, cabinet/rack cooling, power distribution, and security systems.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with owners, design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality and compliance with industry specifications and standards; manage contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and correspondence.
