Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is hiring a Project Manager II for a data center project near Alexandria, LA. You will lead the project team, manage budgets, schedules, safety programs, and trade contracts in coordination with the Superintendent to deliver complex work.

The role emphasizes early risk identification, cost control, and quality management within AP’s framework, with responsibilities across procurement, submittals, and close-out. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• History of progressively more responsible leadership experience and proven results.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination and implementation of project requirements.
• Prepare and update the detailed construction schedule with the Superintendent.
• Lead the project estimate review, start-up, monthly interim, and close out meetings.
• Manage, review, and control project costs and maintain accurate cost projections.
• Draft and edit owner and subcontractor contract language.
