Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction seeks a Project/Field Engineer for a data center project near Alexandria, LA. You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to analyze field issues, develop reports, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to keep a project on schedule and within budget.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in CM/architecture/engineering or related construction experience, proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and Prolog, OSHA-10,

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Experience in design, estimating, or field supervision preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and Prolog.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans, detail sheets, and specifications for contractors and supervisors.
• Review shop drawings before subcontractor issuance and filings.
• Monitor project progress, costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure timely, quality results for the client.
• Assist with bid packages, final estimates, and change orders.
• liaison with clients, subcontractors, and staff across the organization.
