Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a large data center project near the Alexandria, LA area. The role supervises on-site construction activities, coordinating field operations, safety, and trade contractors under the Project Manager's leadership.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, cost codes, quality control, and coordination with owner and design teams to ensure project success within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; 6+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.
• Experience managing on-site construction activities on complex projects.
• Strong safety and quality assurance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities and coordinate field operations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost codes.
• Ensure site safety programs and IIF culture compliance.
• Liaise with owner, design team, and trade contractors.
• Close-out, punch lists, and project documentation.
