Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• 5+ years of project management on complex data center projects.
• PMP certification and licensed architect preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit; MS Office and Newforma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate all phases of data center projects.
• Lead internal and external teams with budget and workplan oversight.
• Develop contract documents and manage proposals with leadership.
• Coordinate with contracts team for project contracts and approvals.
• Represent Ware Malcomb in design reviews and client meetings.
• Mentor junior project members and support marketing efforts.
• Travel as required to support project coordination and site visits.
