Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center design projects across all phases, coordinating internal teams and external consultants. You will manage budgets, schedules, contract documents, and client communications to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in architecture/interior design, 7+ years of related experience, PMP certification and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Newforma. This is a full-time role based in Oak Brook, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• 5+ years of project management on complex projects (data centers, etc.).
• PMP certification and licensed architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead data center projects across all phases.
• Partner with practice leaders to support schedule, scope, and contract management.
• Oversee development of contract documents and QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery.
• Mentor junior members and assist in proposals and fee coordination.
