Job summary

Renewyx LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager to own delivery end to end for multi-megawatt AI/data center builds. You will manage civil, structural, MEP and network infrastructure while on-site directing contractors, utilities and vendors to meet quality, safety and schedule targets.

Travel to sites across the US is required, with a base in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate has completed AI or high-density data center builds and holds an engineering or construction degree.

Qualifications

• PM with data center/build project experience.
• Experience leading contractors, engineering firms, utilities and equipment vendors.
• Ability to manage delivery end-to-end across civil, structural, MEP and network infra.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end for multi-megawatt AI/data center builds.
• Lead on-site quality, safety and schedule, coordinating contractors and vendors.
• Manage utilities,Backup systems and fiber integration with cross-functional teams.

Renewyx have partnered with a specialist AI data center delivery firm to bring on a Technical Project Manager.

Multi-megawatt AI builds, a nationwide pipeline, and you at the center of delivery. If you've taken high-density data centers through to completion, this is the next one.

You own delivery end to end: civil, structural, MEP and network infrastructure, plus high-density power, liquid cooling, backup generation and fiber. You run the contractors, engineers, utilities and vendors, and you get on site to hold quality, safety and schedule.

• Completed AI or high-density data center builds (liquid cooling, high-density racks, power and HVAC)
• A track record as PM on multiple data center builds or expansions, start to finish
• Confidence leading contractors, engineering firms, utilities and equipment vendors
• Engineering or construction degree
• Depth in high-density cooling and substation integration
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (local candidates only), with travel to sites across the US
• A nationwide portfolio of multi-megawatt AI projects
