Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Program Manager, Data Center Delivery to lead the full lifecycle of data center builds in the United States. You will coordinate with data center providers, contractors, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-density AI compute infrastructure.

The role requires 7+ years in technical project or construction management with at least 5 years in data center or mission-critical deployments, plus strong vendor and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management or construction management, with at least 5 years focused on data center, mission-critical, or high-density infrastructure builds.
• Direct experience managing data center providers or general contractors on behalf of an owner or developer, including contract administration, schedule oversight, and scope amendment.
• Experience managing high-density compute deployments, including cluster-level cabling, rack-level power distribution, and OEM/ODM staging workflows.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, data hall fit out, structured cabling, and white space delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million infrastructure budgets and tracking costs and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical construction and delivery details for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with high-density GPU compute environments, liquid cooling systems, or AI infrastructure requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center construction and expansion projects with providers, sub-contractors, and partners.
• Manage full-stack deployment from MEP to white space fit out and turnover to operations.
• Oversee performance of integration partners including SLAs and schedules.
• Manage partner contracts, budgets, milestones, and change orders.
• Diligence vendors and coordinate with data center providers and design teams.
• Track equipment deliveries and align with construction milestones.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and risk/budget updates.
• Drive process improvements and scalable workflows for portfolio growth.
• Ensure compliance with codes, security policies, and safety standards.
