Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a Foreman/Supervisor in San Antonio, Texas to lead teams in the installation and support of infrastructure within mission-critical data centers. You will supervise 30-50 staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project milestones. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. Bilingual applicants preferred. This is a full-time position, requiring some travel and extended hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments; 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power systems.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce PPE and safety protocols on-site.
