Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced Foreman/Supervisor to manage teams of 30–50 specialists in a mission-critical data center environment. You will supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality assurance, and timely project completion.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments; 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Maintain documentation of daily progress and incidents.
