Job summary

The Archetype Strategy seeks an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, able to travel extensively to support project sites, and comfortable working on active construction sites and operational data centers.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data center construction or mission-critical environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, electrical systems, or related data center infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites (travel required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation of data center infrastructure including cabling, electrical systems, containment, racks.
• Ensure work meets project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and client representatives.
• Track labor hours, productivity, and material usage.
• Maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues.
• Train and mentor crew members.
