Job summary

This role involves daily supervision, quality assurance, and project compliance. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills. Bilingual skills and relevant certifications are a plus, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments; 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Workers must comply with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews.
• Ensure work completion according to project specifications and timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and project management.
