Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments.
2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
Proven leadership managing teams of 30–50 workers.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power systems.
Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and task tracking.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress, workforce attendance, incidents, and material usage.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce PPE and safety protocols on-site.
Mentor, train, and provide performance feedback to crew members.
