Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
• Proven leadership managing teams of 30–50 workers.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power systems.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and task tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress, workforce attendance, incidents, and material usage.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce PPE and safety protocols on-site.
• Mentor, train, and provide performance feedback to crew members.
