The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills managing large teams, and a deep understanding of data center infrastructure. Responsibilities include supervising crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining project documentation. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and task tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Mentor, train, and provide performance feedback to crew members.
