Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is looking for an experienced Foreman/Supervisor in Atlanta to lead large teams in the installation and support of infrastructure in mission-critical data center environments. Responsibilities include supervising installation crews, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation of project progress. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in relevant environments and strong leadership skills. The role requires adaptability to dynamic project schedules and may involve working extended hours and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of installation crews.
• Maintain documentation of daily progress and attendance.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks enforcing safety protocols.
• Oversee installation of data center infrastructure systems.
