The candidate should have 10–15 years of field construction experience, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and hyperscale data center experience. The salary range is $141,000-$250,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15 years of field construction experience.
• Previous hyperscale data center project experience is required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies financial forecast, notices, and billings to meet contract requirements; escalates deviations.
• Ensures a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents.
• Ensures a closeout plan in alignment with contract documents.
• Provides leadership, motivates the project team, and maintains a positive work environment.
• Directs and supervises project administration, superintendents, and engineers.
• Negotiates contracts, leads risk mitigation, and approves purchase orders.
• Ensures project compliance with insurance and bonds.
• Coordinates preconstruction services and reviews deliverables to Owner and design team.
• Leads the team to meet project schedule with effective communication.
• Develops networking strategy by understanding local markets.
• Partners with business development on sales strategies and client relationships.
